We really recommend. The place is modern, clean and spacious. Has a big balcony with beautiful sea view. Comfortable bed, small fridge and little table which you can take to the balcony to eat/drink outside. Bathroom is indeed top notch. It is place for sleeping as there are no amenities, but just next to are diving centers and resorts where you can enjoy snorkeling, diving, kayaking or swimming pool. We rented equipment and it was still more cost effective option. Owner is very sympathetic and helpful, but just started so probably it caused some mistakes with prevoius bookings.

This is a rather new place. There is nog sign yet and the location indicated on the booking.com website is incorrect and neighbors don't know the name, they sent me to Anilao village. Tel. +639277818524 Accommodation on Mabini peninsula is rather expensive. This was an exception. Hope it stays like this. There was no kettle, but the owner provided me with one. Next time room will have it standard. Also cups. My room didn't have hot shower, but I was offered to move to a room with hot shower. Next time I think all rooms will have hot shower. Internet was good. There was a brownout (no electricity) just after I arrived, but there is an emergency lap in the room, so you don't sit in the dark
