Our stay was AH-MA-ZING! The host is the kindest guy alive, the rooms are spaceous and with lots of lights, the bathroom was clean and wide enough to feel pwrfectly comfortable, and the view; oh, my God! Nature, pureness, clean air and health everywhere. It was truly a great, back-to-life, connect-to-nature experience. Oh, and P.S. Breakfast is to die for! Thanks for a great experience!

Very nice house, great location for walking tours in beautiful nature with a lot of vineyards and historical locations. peaceful and quiet surrounding to enjoy in silence far away from city noise. House looks like new, very very clean and tide, with everything you need, and all equipment and everything is new and practical. Very nice living room with cozy fireplace, very comfortable sofa, great small and practical kitchen. Huge bedroom with very comfortable bed and big balcony with table and chairs for having a coffee or glass of wine with great view. Nice sauna for body reset. Basement with local vine where you can taste white and rosé vine made by hosts. Hosts are excellent, always at disposal for everything you need and very organized (thanks once more).

Parking spot near the house, beautiful view from the patio, peace and quiet around the house, two squirrels for a morning show. House was clean and all the facilities where as we expected. We had food delivered to the house from a local pizzeria ( thank you to the host). Pet friendly even around the house. Fresh donuts where a nice surprise :) A dig patio to chill outside, Jacuzzi/hot tub. For some privacy there are blinds for those big A frame windows. WiFi.

Location is near a farm and not far from a stone workshop. Our bedroom was upstairs, under the beams of the roof, having a kitchenette installed in the room, and a separate shower/toilet next door. Very quiet and comfortable, we slept very well. But the charm of the unspoiled nature setting, on top of the hill, in a small village with just a few houses and the lovely old barns in the courtyard, reminding us of the country living traditions of yesteryears made this a nice memorable stop for us.

The lodging was in a small village and we also got a taste of the peaceful simple village life.

This is just fantastic and you cannot get enough of it. And the hot tub is great too. The bed is good and bed sheets are clean. Gas station in the village is ok. Fuel is much more cheaper, they have good coffee and pastry.

The host talked us through the house when we called upon arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. There was wine and fruit in the house when we got there. Lastly, the view was so amazing, we couldn't get enough of it. We enjoyed our stay of four days thoroughly and would recommend Villa Zupan to everyone who's looking for a quiet place with a great view.

We were just looking for cheap accomodation for one night in that zone and this place was ok for 1 night. When we arrived the place was closed, so we had to call them (we speak Slovenian) and they arrived quite quickly. The room was big, basic, but fine, plenty of sockets to recharge phones, the place is very quiet, there's a friendly horse nearby, 2 cats and a family of storks at the main street junction!
