Beautiful place, family owned and run, extremely beautiful grounds and plants, with amazing views. We booked only 5 nights, but it is so lovely at this place, and the Island itself, that we extended our stay an additional 5 nights. Everything you need is provided at Sea Breeze, from good food and drinks, to renting mopeds and tour trips. We will definately be back to stay here, and do not hesitate to book with this family!

There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like about this beautiful off beaten place it’s owned by a small family mom made you breakfast everyday brings it to your door, it’s so quiet and fresh water was clean and we got hot water, there’s 2 7/11 in Koh Yao yai the restaurants there are very good you will need a bike on this island

The room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a lovely outside seating area. The hosts were exceptional. They brought us breakfast in the mornings, gave us lifts to and from Laem Had Beach, and brought us coconuts on our last day! They are so very kind and made our stay so wonderful. Never leave reviews but this time I feel that I have to do that! Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner who speaks English well, very clean rooms. Easy check in & check out. The territory is very peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money, will definitely stay here again once I come to Koh Yao Yao again. 4 minutes driving to the pier for Hong island. 5 minutes driving to the beat thai food restaurant “Som Tum”. Also you can reach any spot within 20 minutes as it’s located just in the middle of the island. We have been provided with everything we needed by request. I only regret we had 2 night there, wish we had more! Thanks for having us!

We really liked that place a loooot, it was very comfy and very clean. You can see that the friendly owners are taking care of that place a lot. Everything is new and in a very good shape. Also you can rent a scooter, which is mandatory to discover the Island. The owner picked us up from the pier and brought us to the pier as well. I can recommend this place to everyone, who wants to enjoy the island!

It's a quiet place in good location. 7 Eleven shot is only about 5 minutes drive. We stayed for 2 nights and we are happy with this place. Good value for money. Hot shower water is Good.

We loved this place, it's just a minute ride from the 7-eleven, but is a but hidden from the road and you get a nice view of the grove of gum trees, peaceful and quiet. In the room we had everything we needed, the bed was fairly comfortable, and there was a small wardrobe to hang clothes.

Great! It was so tranquil. You will absolutely need a bike to get around if staying here, you can rent one from reception and park it out front of your little hut. A lot of beautiful nature sounds. We were supplied with a fridge and a kettle as well as some coffee sachets for our stay. There is a little corner shop about a 3 minute walk away for any snacks. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. It ticked all our boxes.
