Beautiful place, family owned and run, extremely beautiful grounds and plants, with amazing views. We booked only 5 nights, but it is so lovely at this place, and the Island itself, that we extended our stay an additional 5 nights. Everything you need is provided at Sea Breeze, from good food and drinks, to renting mopeds and tour trips. We will definately be back to stay here, and do not hesitate to book with this family!

The location is perfect to explore most of the island. The host was very helpful, she made us breakfast every morning, free of charge. She even helped us to book a ferry for the car, because the staff on the ferry didn't speak english. She didn't speak english either, but evetything was done. The room and the balcony was very clean.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a lovely outside seating area. The hosts were exceptional. They brought us breakfast in the mornings, gave us lifts to and from Laem Had Beach, and brought us coconuts on our last day! They are so very kind and made our stay so wonderful. very beautiful and peaceful setting. absolutely immaculate rooms. wonderful welcome from host (he and his wife are delightful people) they are so kind and attentive and treated us so wonderfully. chalet was very high spec, spotlessly clean and very modern. rooms are comfortable, shower is lovely (try the mist setting on the shower head - it was bliss) we were welcomed with a fresh coconut drink, they served us delicious fruit from their own garden (which is huge and absolutely gorgeous) breakfast was delicious and freshly made, if you mention a food you enjoy they surprise you with it - even after a hard days work. they are the loveliest couple. we would sit on the terrace at night and watch the fireflies dance over the acres of trees and sweet smelling flowers. the island itself is gorgeous and the restaurants nearby are very reasonable and delicious with very friendly staff. I would return to this place in a heartbeat. comfortable, secure very clean and very very peaceful. we definitely found a piece of heaven in Koh Yao Yai.

We had an amazing stay, this place is exceptional. The staff is super nice and helpful, thank you to the villa host Namfon, always smiling and happy to help. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the Massaman Beef… the best we had in Asia so far (and we we live in Asia since a few years)! The location, what to stay… pictures speak for themselves, it is truly beautiful. Super comfy bed, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful…everything is perfect. Thank you to the whole team, we will come back!

The Location is great but you will need a motobike (they rent new motorbikes in pristine conditions) to move around the island. The bungalows are spotless and comfortable. 7 eleven is just a 3 minute walk. There are a few restaurants close by, sadly the best one closes after 6 pm. The owners are amazing and always trying to help you with a smile, and as others review mention they will pick you and drop you from the pier without hesitation. We will be back.

It's a quiet place in good location. 7 Eleven shot is only about 5 minutes drive. We stayed for 2 nights and we are happy with this place. Good value for money. Hot shower water is Good.

I was very satisfactic. Definitely quiete place, only sound of jungle, amazing sleeping. I stayed in something like a tent, but it was wonderfull. Every where nets agains for insekt. Accomadation is similar like capmping, but I love it. It was my one of the best acomodation in Thailand. Free bottle of water and coffie every day

Great! It was so tranquil. You will absolutely need a bike to get around if staying here, you can rent one from reception and park it out front of your little hut. A lot of beautiful nature sounds. We were supplied with a fridge and a kettle as well as some coffee sachets for our stay. There is a little corner shop about a 3 minute walk away for any snacks. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. It ticked all our boxes.
