Absolutely Everything!! Paulette our host was more than superb. Nhema attended to our every desire. We cannot rate this villa highly enough. We stayed over Christmas as all the reviews said the food was amazing, and we can only say it was way beyond our expectations!! We celebrated with a performance from the masai and then the most wonderful 5 course Christmas Dinner that we will never forget. Company and food was just so special. Our rooms were so tastefully decorated and had everything that you may have forgotten to pack. Hotel was always spotless. Staff were so polite and efficient. Swimming pool was perfect too as the beach can get busy. All l can say is that if you are looking to stay here, you will leave with happy memories and a promise to come back. The host... Beyond amazing. Top notch service doesn't even begin to describe it. I had a bad sunburn one day and the host went out and cut fresh aloe from his garden to soothe the burns. Meals were delicious! Super relaxing. The pool was phenomenal. Treat yourself to some pampering and stay here!

The property is very well maintained and true to the photos. It's perfect for a family holiday - there were 6 adults in our group and it felt spacious. The view from the veranda is the best I've ever had. We went for full board and the meals were amazing - fresh local food prepared by the excellent house team.

- View was breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The garden and the terrace outside the house were outstanding! Everything was also clean and in good order. - The house itself was spacious and well-kept. The rooms were beautiful, the kitchen well-equipped and the furniture all over was comfortable and in good shape. Toilets were also comfortable and regularly cleaned. - Food was excellent in all meals. The chef really knows his seafood! - On top of that, the staff were amazing. The house manager was very helpful. The ladies in the staff team were outstanding and super friendly. Smiles in every greeting and very warm attitude throughout the stay. A special thank to Latifa and Dolores for making our stay memorable.

The property was at an excellent location and Roxana, the host was super flexible and helpful. She advised us on many many things from the airport transfer to arranging tours and restaurants to visit as well. Even though breakfast was the same every day (toast, eggs, fruit salad) it was always substantial and tasty. The beach is very close with lots of places (hotels, restaurants) to visit and even spend the day at. There is a dog and a cat at the property both being extremely friendly as well. We would certainly go back here if we were to visit Zanzibar again!
