The space was like brand new, very clean and the bed was comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Communication was very easy and responses to any questions were very fast. Even though time did not allow for enjoying the hot tub, it was a nice addition for those who plan on staying.

The location and the home itself are just beautiful! It felt like being in a movie... Seriously, it's that nice :-). I thorougly enjoyed every part of my stay and I will be highly recommending this property to everyone I know who is visiting the area. The neighborhood was pristine and the scenery is gorgeous (there is a small pond just across the property with gorgeous foliage)! The house itself was so tastefully decorated and immaculate when I arrived, also there were all the basic amenities plus several "extra" luxury items in the kitchen and bathroom, which was so nice!! There is laundry onsite and a covered patio which were very nice as well. In addition the overall atmosphere of the home was so peaceful and calm throughout my entire stay. All the rooms were secure and private and the other guests were very respectful of the quiet hours of the home. I felt extremely safe staying there and best of all it was in walking distance of the church I was visiting of my conference, saving me dozens of dollars in lyft and uber fees to and from the services. Finally, the hosts are amazingly sweet and communicative, and were very accommodating towards me from start to finish. I could tell that they put great thought and care into every detail of the home and that they went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a phenomenal stay. Overall this is one of the best short-term rentals I've ever booked (definitely the best in Tampa) and I highly recommend this stay!! If you're hesitating to book, don't!!

The location is great as it is close to a lot of stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. The house itself is a bit outdated but the space is extremely comfortable and everything was clean. we really enjoyed the time there and the outdoor pool. Even thought it is Florida, I would recommend getting the pool headed. We stayed in April and the water was extremely cold (at least for our likes). Nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this place for sure!!
