The appartment was conveniently located right in the city center, in a lively street full of nice shops and restaurants. We had dinner close by, so it felt safe just to walk back after dinner because there was a lot of people in the street. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and confortable, and they left water, coffee and cookies, a detail that is very much appreciated. I met the owner to get the keys, she was very nice and helpful, and the communication through the booking up was fluid.

The location is just outside Stellenbosch and offers beautiful views of the nearby mountains. On the way to Paternoster we were able to take a look at Sunset Farm. The employee at the reception was very friendly and had already shown us the complex and an identical apartment. The complex is very clean and has three pools.Actually you had to vacate the apartment in the morning on the day of departure. Since our return flight was late in the evening, the manager kindly offered us another apartment (to leave our luggage and shower) free of charge.

Deux Freres is absolutely stunning! The grounds are beautiful, the pool was perfect and our room was complete luxury. The property is very private and relaxing! The hosts were wonderful, helpful in arranging a wine tasting for us and taxis to and from nearby restaurants. I cannot recommend staying here more, we only wish we stayed for longer.

Air cons in all bedrooms but not downstairs....not sure why but it would have been great if there was air conditioning in the main living area. We had our own private pool and the most fabulous braai for bbqs in the evening. The kitchen and dining area and faciltiies were brilliant. The host was always there to fix any issue including an occasional load shedding moment. Very quiet grounds and lots of privacy. All good.

The villa we stayed at is spacious with a large terrace. The villas share a pool, located beautifully and so comfortable with great loungers. The restaurant has the same gorgeous view and the food is great. The great thing is also that they have a gate directly to the Delaire-Graff estate for wine tasting, dinner. They have a fantastic restaurant.
