The common use of the large kitchen, living room and patio was great, we shared with a large family who occupied multiple rooms, and everyone was friendly and respectful. The flat was very comfortable and clean. There were lots of amenities in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen, and while we were only there one night and didn't cook...everything (except the actual food) was there for our convenience. Location was within walking distance to all we wanted to see; and, only about a 10-12 minute walk from the bus station. Our host, Maria, was very responsive and fun to chat with, providing an overall great experience. In addition, Maria and her crew went above and beyond to help me with a laundry issue. I would book this flat again.

We had a very comfortable stay with kids for a ski-holiday. The apartment was clean, and everything we needed was already available. The location was great, as it was a 5 min walk to the cable car. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great holiday!

Located 2 km from Degersheim and 24 km from Appenzell, Gasthaus Fuchsacker provides a restaurant and free WiFi. It is located at an altitude of 1000 metres and offers a great view of the Säntis... The mountain views are spectacular and very quiet relaxing place to enjoy the Swiss country side. Delicious food and great breakfast. Host was very nice and accommodating, she made early breakfast for us so we can make it to the airport on time. We will definitely be back again. Ps. The local tour guide (one of her cat) walked on the trail with us. 😊

The host Lukas is passionate about the service he provides. The property has been purpose built to be a B&B so has many little touches that makes it a home away from home, with a sunny lounge and bar area for guests to relax, enjoy a drink and a chat. The rooms are modern and well appointed, sparkling clean and the breakfast is gourmet, fresh and locally sourced. My husband wasn’t feeling well and Lukas was very accommodating, which we appreciated greatly. Lukas has an Atelier with handmade, gourmet goodies his brother & he have crafted. Location was great 2mins walk to the train station or 3mins into town.
