A recently renovated apartment in Puerto Ayora and within 600 metres of Galapagos Beach at Tortuga Bay, Alma de cedrela features a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. All rooms are equipped with a patio with views of the garden. The room was beautiful, fairly big and nicely decorated. Shower was great. We had a kettle, microwave and stove top. Lots of shelves to put things on. Was in a residential area away from noise and a short walk into the town. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Oro Beach is 800 metres away. I felt at home and lucky to found this lovely space in San Cristobal and most of all this genuine family atmosphere! Nestled in their beautiful and pristine home, you find both space and tranquility. A mere 15-minute stroll takes you to the vibrant city center and the stunning Playa Man beach is also 15 minutes walk. A spacious room adorned with large windows and an unused but available AC. and super clean bathroom. The kitchen, a haven of cleanliness and enjoy other travelers. The family is really kind, trustworthy, attentive, caring, humane, and authentically helpful. Though the internet might not be the speediest, a satellite antenna investment promises improvement in just a few days. Additionally, they offer snorkeling equipment for a mere $2.50, making your underwater adventures affordable. While I wish they also rented bikes for easy exploration, my overall stay was marked by warmth, cleanliness, and the charm of a truly authentic experience.

Boasting inner courtyard views, Suites Hermosas cercanas a todo offers accommodation with balcony, around 1.2 km from Los Alemanes Beach. It is set 1.5 km from La Estacion Beach and features full-day security. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The apartment is at the far end of the strip to the wharf (2 mins walk and you are on the main strip then 10 mins walk to the wharf). It was spacious with a big comfortable bed with side tables. There are 2 sofas to sit or sleep on. The much needed air con was working very well. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils you need to cook, minus a kettle but you can use the pot to boil water. Refillable filtered water is provided. There is also a big refrigerator with freezer which was great to store cold drinks including salt and sugar (due to ants I presumed). Yes, there were tiny ants walking around but not really a bother.. We loved the little balcony with a sink to do some laundry of especially our swimsuits, etc. The only thing lacking is a drying rack. However, there is a small shelf with a bar to hang clothes. Walter was especially nice and helpful. He helped us book a tour/transfer from the airport for $90, all inclusive of airport pickup/hotel drop off and a tour to 3 places of interest (Los Gemelos, Lava tunnels and El Chato ranch - $7.50 entrance per person which includes boots and a guide). Although the driver spoke very little English, it was enough for us as we did not need someone to do a lot of explanation with everything we see. We enjoyed the tour very much. On the last day, as we need to get to the port at 6am to catch the ferry, Walter has kindly called to book a taxi for us with a surcharge which we paid to the taxi driver. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the city and inner courtyard. Wow! This place is newly built with all new furnishings. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked super well. Hot water in the shower. Free drinking water available all the time. Wish we would’ve stayed more than 1 night.

The apartment has good size and is well equipped with all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals, if desired. Also drinking water was provided during the entire stay. Two snorkeling equipments are available to use for free, if needed. We met the family and the little daughter, Amelia, so cute 😊. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

The hosts were amazing, and helped orientate me, arranged tours for me, and were so kind. the room was big, clean, comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. quiet and laidback place on an incredibly beautiful, happy island.
