Pools were heated and perfect after a day out. Staff was very helpful and fixed any issue we encountered swiftly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay outside the main touristic regions, perfect with children.

If walk out of apartments and go down the hill to the left brings you to the beach 😁

There's shopping around. The host let us print our boarding passes, which was a huge ask. Thank you! Hill, that is described as "cardiac" is actually just a small bump. :) Nothing to worry about for healthy people.

Everything was excellent! Magnificent views to the ocean and Los Gigantes and super clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly and they even prepared a birthday surprise for us!

Very nice and spacious apartment with everything you need. Very nice receptionists. Very easy parking in a parking house. Lovely view and terrace. We loved it.

Club del Carmen is just a few steps from Los Pocillos Beach, 25 minutes' walk from Lanzarote’s Playa Grande and 40 minutes' walk from Playa Chica beaches. There is a terrace with a large swimming pool and a hot tub. The villa we stayed in was great, it had a nice view from the balcony, all of the amenities were provided, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big enough, and they had large wardrobes. The restaurant Bailys Bar had great service, amazing food and huge portions, plus there was always something happening. The villa itself was very peaceful, the pool area wasn't too busy, so we didn’t feel like it was crowded. Location wise, it's smack in the middle between beaches and restaurants/bars, which were just a pleasant walk away. The beach was right in front of the hotel, and the local supermarket, which is right around the corner was very convenient and fairly well stocked. The entire complex is entered with a keycard, so it felt very safe.
