The cleanliness of the complex is unique and the staff is very helpful, attending us with a big smile. The late check-in was very well explained by whatsapp and we were free to arrive at any time. Nearby there are 2 supermarkets (Mercadona y Lidl ). The distance to the city centre is a half hour walk or 5 minutes by car or taxi. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in a number of different apartments in El Cotillo but Casa Allegranza has to be the best ! The apartment is modern, bright with lots of quirky design features. It is really well resourced and the bed was super comfortable. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing. We would definitely stay in Casa Allegranza on our next visit to El Cotillo.

A wonderful apartment, great location, very clean, comfortable and everything you needed. Check in was easy and straightforward and Veronica messaged to say she was on hand if needed. Wasing machine on the roof terrace which came in handy. I have been using Booking. Com for over 20 years now and Luca is the best host I have ever came across. Absolutely delighted that I stayed at Coco - I was there as a solo traveller looking for some nearby surfing and a sociable, friendly (but non-party) setting and this place was exactly what I wanted and it massively exceeded my expectations. The guests there a fab mixture of remote workers and travellers who all enjoyed a surf so had bags of helpful local knowledge and advice as did the owners Alfredo and Carlos. Everyone was super friendly and inclusive (which isn't always the case if people are staying for a longer periods of time) - it was always relaxing to get back home and spend time in the commnunal kitchen or out on the terrace (there is also a pool). Lovely touches such as free ground coffee to help yourself to and lots of shared ingredients and stacks of kitchen equipment. Yoga mats and weights available for the terrace and they also have boards and suits you can hire. It's very walkable to the beach (for surf and also a quiet bay for swimming/snorkelling) and the cafes and supermarket are about a 3 minute walk away. Thanks for everything Carlos and Alfredo, you have a wonderful place and your fab guests are lovely reflection of your warmth :)

The layout of the flat, had everything we needed for our short stay, was well kept, walking distance to the whole town and it was easy to find parking on the street.

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with my boyfriend. It was an excellent stay for the both of us. The communication with the owners was easy and fast as well as check-in. The location of the apartment was very convenient. It was really clean and it had all the necessary things and much more. One of the best stays ever! We definitely recommend it :)
