The whole team was very attentive, welcoming, and at any time willing to help and advise. The estate is spacious, so it's very quiet and most of the time feels like you are the only guest.

The hotel was absolutely incredible - Pepe and Penelope were incredible hosts and helped organise everything for our trip. The breakfast and paella dinner were incredible, and the service and response time to our (many) requests was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Menorca - it's in a great location (only 10 min from airport and 20min into Mahon) and the hotel itself is so beautiful, you can spend the whole day there. Located in Cala Galdana, Prinsotel Villas Cala Galdana features accommodation with a private pool, a patio and garden views. Location was spectacular - relatively short walk to Cala Galdana. On-site parking was a must-have. The pool and outdoor furniture were great. Nice to have a ping pong table with all 4 paddles and extra balls. Rooms (beds, linens, etc) were very comfortable

The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms attractive, comfortable and clean. Such great amenities. The owners are so kind and friendly. The dinner is hands down the best I had in Menorca. I can't recommend this place enough. Stay here!

Beautiful property - enjoyed the lovely pool and played tennis, although they really need new tennis rackets and balls. Room was large. Breakfast was nice, but would be good to have real good coffee in cafetiere and not the pods in machine. The staff was super lovely and so helpful. We could store things in the fridge, which was really helpful. And it was such a green haven for us and for my dog - so much fresh green and only a few minutes from the centre of La Ciutadella.

The view and all the facilities. It has full equipment. The beach is walking distance BUT if you don’t have good condition you need a car or a taxi to get to the apartment. We had a great time, definitely a great location to stay

The communication with the host was easy and friendly. We got all the information necessary for the check in. Easy access to the parking. There is a beach few meters from the hotel. The apartment was equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The airport is less then 20 min away by car which is very convenient for early flights.
