Girls at the reception were so friendly and helpful. our room is on the second floor, which is very spacious, new and clean. only 2 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes to the cathedral. The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious, included lots of little extras that they didn't have to include but they did anyway, and is in the most ideal location to walk around the city. We also brought along our two small dogs which they catered for and specially put out supplies for them without us even asking. An incredibly thoughtful service. Could not recommend this place more, I will return!

We were attending a wedding and Fleur was amazing and let us in early so we could get ready and so we could feed our little one. As we had got their early and Fleur hadn't finished cleaning from the previous customers she came back while we were at the wedding to finish off and even hung up the things we'd left out in our rush to get to the wedding on time with a grumpy little one. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect little house. We were surprised by the attention to detail. Lovely comfortable bed. We went to Longleat and the next day we went to Bath. The house was the perfect location for both places.
