The breakfast was at the Sanpiero Restaurant, just a minute walk away from the hotel and sufficient. The only thing we would wish for is a bigger variety of bread but the rest was really delicious. Last but not least the staff is the cutest and warmest you could wish for. Mary was especially helpful with planning our vacation and booked various trips for us. She organized everything to the best and was easy to reach out to per WhatsApp. We could not have wished for any better host. Also the people at the Sanpiero restaurant were outright friendly and made our day from the breakfast on better.

We've never experienced such hospitality as we received here!:) The accommodation is very close to the beach, which is very nice and clean. The water is also crystal clear and shallow. There weren't too many people, it's a perfect choice for relaxing. If someone wants to have fun, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The property has a fantastic beach bar where you can get delicious food, fresh orange juice and smoothies (and of course cocktails and drinks) I think the beautiful view of the rooms speaks for itself.. everything was super clean and comfortable!:) We can only recommend it to everyone!:))

A great place to stay - we rented the apartment at the top floor & we enjoyed it very much, it's very nicely done, cozy, spacious, comfortable with a terase with the great views on both sides. The hosts were very nice, warm & friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic family stay at this very tranquille place! There is a beautiful garden filled with lemon trees and flowers! Next to the pool there are some beautiful palm trees giving a great atmosphere! There are several excellent restaurants at walking distance with young kids (4 min). Nearby are many great beaches. My 4 year old was very happy to see baby turtles hatching nearby (5 min drive) at Garakas Beach! Our apartment had a big private terrace sheltered from the sun where we could eat at a big table. There was even a baby chair! Our apartment came with air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, a big living room, and a kitchen with a tosti iron. The hostess was very friendly with our young kids, and the owner even met us in Zakynthos town to bring us the phone charger I had left behind.

Next to the accomodation there is a traditional greek restaurant and a beach Bar. You can rent boat, sup, kayak... Special thanks to Niki for the little present:)) and to the cute dogs for the lovely minutes! We will come back. :)

The location was perfect, right in the center of Tsilivi, beach nearby. Aslo very well located to reach other beaches by car. There were many facilities (shops, restaurants in the area). We loved the Dionisios Taverna, Dennis was such a good host and the staff were incredibly warm. The food was simply delicious.

It is in a very good location if you want to be near the strip. It was also tucked away in a private garden which really made the place unique. I think it is best suited for someone who is looking for a more chill place to stay that’s still close to the action.
