Coffee is from a bean-to-cup machine. Everywhere is spotless and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place within walking distance of some very good and very reasonable restaurants.

It felt like a family visit. She was so responsive on texts even when my plans were changing slightly. She sent Paolo to pick me up when I arrived by ferry. It seemed like it had been newly decorated. It's a modern room in an old historic building in a fantastic location. The staff we met (owners?) were really kind and lovely. Bottled water, coffee and snacks were included. Make sure you phone to let them know what time you're arriving. I had sent an SMS with our expected arrival time (as requested) but we ended up being late so there was no-one there to greet us. If I was to stay again, I would call and let them know. This is not a criticism as the staff were fantastic and were there in five minutes.
