It was also was close to a lot of restaurants/bars, but far enough away from the loudest ones.

Yes the facilities are a bit old, especially the balcony door, but for this price and service and location, these small problems can be ignored. The boss and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The boss is a really good man. We really enjoyed the stay here. If we go to Phi Phi next time, will stay here again.
