Because I will give them 11 points out of 10 :) place is so clean, they serve breakfast and all of the staff members are super nice people. specially the girl there is very friendly. I enjoyed her company. they have adorable chameleons and a bengal, I will miss them all.

Very responsive, friendly and good english speaking host who you can always ask for advice or if you need something. Spotless clean place, everything you need is there, provided drinking water and even laundry detergent for the washing machine. The beach is reachable footways in a few minutes as well as restaurants, 24hr convenience stores and massage parlors, taxi directly outside . Breathtaking sunsets on the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

The boss is very nice. We stayed here for one day and planned to go to the airport tomorrow. The boss arranged a car to take us to the airport for free. And he also provided bicycles for free so that we could explore here at night. And the breakfast is very delicious!

The location was perfect, nearly the beach, about 5-7 minutes to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Highly recommend!
