The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place Historic District in Niagara Falls. One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world! I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. They have redefined the hospitality concept . They are so sincere and genuine you couldn't have ever met. Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

The breakfast was really lovely, I was the only guest so it was made to order. Delicious! They also packed me fruit and cake as a afternoon meal, gave me an umbrella and even mailed my postcards for me! I really enjoyed the lavender essential oil soap in the room as well. 11 out of 10 points from me.

It is a quiet and safe place where you can walk at night and listen to the sound produced by the fall of the Water from the falls as well as a beautiful view at sunrise as you can see the rocky walls of the Niagara River and the entire landscape of the casinos and buildings in the United States as this property has balconies in front and another in the back where you can enjoy the Warmer temperatures in the afternoon. It has clean and ventilated rooms where you can breathe the freshness of the wind and listen to the singing of the birds. It seems to feel like a paradise for those who love nature and in the mornings a nice lady greets us with good morning. who prepares breakfast for us with everything very well organized and clean and asks you how you want to take it looking at the landscape or inside the dining room and there is also the option of a kitchen to be able to cook the food that you buy to your liking and thus be able to save on expenses in restaurants as there are many attractions to enjoy in the center of the city
