The room is super spacious with a big double bed and a cute cozy balcony. The most impressive thing is Mat and his colleagues! Even we only spent 1 night here , but they offered us lots of help. We got lots of good food tips, a super taste Banh Mi for breakfast and unforgettable memories in hoi an!! 房間非常舒適！雖然不算太大但是床非常大，浴室水壓很夠還有個小陽台！最棒的是可以Mat 非常友善的各種幫助！即使只住一個晚上，Mat 還是盡可能的幫忙我們一切，從接待介紹會安景點，到晚上送我們到巷口搭計程車回峴港，真的感受到Mat 的真誠和用心！

The location was perfect. Really close to the old town, but across the bridge. Bars and restaurants within easy reach but quieter and not so busy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Made us feel at home. We had a balcony with a view of the river. Rooms cleaned every day. Fantastic breakfast . So relaxing.

It has a great location with only a small walk from the hotel to the old town. The staff were very nice and gave a great introduction to the city when we arrived. The room was nice and clean, as was the pool.

The room is clean and cozy. The air conditioner in my room wasn’t working at the beginning but the host immediately changed a new room for me. Many thanks to the couple managing the villa. Will be back.

From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the warmth and hospitality of Huyền and her wonderful family. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and we really loved the patio with a sofa overlooking the pool. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Huyền’s recommendations and help, from scooter rentals to dining spots and even a fantastic massage at Kim Men Spa, made our trip unforgettable. Plus, the convenience of beachside service and laundry made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Local Beach Front Villas for a perfect getaway in Vietnam. Enjoy!
