The accommodation itself was at a very good level, ideal for a family of 4-6 people. The equipment was absolutely adequate, of a very good standard. The beds are very comfortable. Locality is very good, everything is close at hand and, moreover, in a place with absolute peace, the nearby train line does not disturb at all. We will definitely be back.

    The location was ideal, and everything was walking distance and easy to find. Even though there isn't a 24-hour reception, the replies are quick. I was only here for a long weekend, so didn't use all the facilities, but it was cosy enough for my stay. Also the balcony was a very nice touch with enough privacy.

    The property was kept very clean, room cleaned every day. Very good location, right next to all the pubs and restaurants. Five minutes walk to the City Xpress gondola. Breakfast next door was quite good, bread, butter, cheese, ham, tomato, jam, coffee or tea, juice, and water. Other things could be ordered at cost. You could just have cheese if vegetarian. Boot room for ski boots in basement, and locked room for ski storage at back of property. Staff really friendly.

    Location to the town and ski lift excellent as well as superb views over the lake. A ski shuttle to the lifts ran every day from the hotel. The staff on reception and in the dinning room were exceptional. The breakfast and 5 course evening meals were excellent. The housekeeping staff kept our suite very clean and I was impressed that they reported a small issue with our shower door that was dealt with the same day. We enjoyed our stay.

    Very very clean. Nice new furniture that fit the style of the house. The host was super lovely . The location is great, 6’ with car from the center of zell am see. We had the small room and the price might seem a bit high but considering what it offers and the rest of the prices at the area I though it was more that good. Also we had breakfast included. Nothing spectacular, but it was exactly what you need before a day with activities.

    We were delighted with the apartment. New furniture, very clean, all kitchen utensils included, very warm and quiet. The location is ideal, the center, ski lift and lake are all within walking distance. I forgot some of my things in the wardrobe and a couple of days later I contacted the owner, they returned everything to me! The owner is a super man, always in touch, he also provided us with a free parking space.

    The apartment was fantastic, very clean and great location. The staff were so helpful and promptly dealt with the booking arrangements, very efficient. We would love to go back in the future.
