Communication was excellent and once we arrived, it was great to meet the very lovely Diane in person. Our room was spotlessly clean, air conditioning great, shower amazing and the jacuzzi bath was exactly what we needed after a long journey. we had a wonderful nights sleep, linen was spotless and we slept like babies.
