    Ideal location with easy access to Annecy rail station and within walking distance of its old centre and lake. Free parking…..very important! Spacious bedroom with bathroom and separate wc very cleanly presented. Good value and extensive breakfast buffet. Overall good value and we have no hesitation in recommending it. We shall return in the future!

    Really nice affordable hotel in an excellent location. The staff were SO lovely. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was warm with good water pressure. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!

    Everything! The rating score on booking doesn't do this hotel justice! I had a large, spotless, nice room, with a spacious bathroom. It looks like newly renovated, very clean and well decorated. Air conditioning and coffee machine work wonderfully. Location is right at the beach. The price comparing to other hotels in Annecy is very cheap, and the value is top!

    The location! Only a 10 minute walk into the old town. The apartment is small but very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The extremely large Romains car parking was conveniently close and inexpensive. Did not meet the host, but was given very quick and clear instructions when asked.
