We love the hospitality that all the staff showed us. Our flight arrived late after 8pm, so we were very tired from the long 12-hr flight. There was a queue as many flights probably arriving around the same time; but the check in process (especially through Booking.com) was extremely quick and efficient. We already put in the request to have the bed as well as the sofa bed turned down and ready. The bed was very comfortable. The water was hot with the good pressure, so we did have a good rest. The Breakfast was hot with various options to choose from. Aliston at the breakfast service was extremely helpful. Once he knew that it was our first time in the UK and at this Holiday Inn location on Bath Road, he gave the brief explanation of what were all the choices, and came back to check how we liked the food. Another staff that we would like to thank for all the support was Alain from the reception. We asked him if we could leave the luggage with him and go take care of the rental car first. Alain helped store them and even went out of his way to help with the heavy luggage when we came back with the rental car and ready to drive off for our trip. To summarize: the staff here at the Holiday Inn, at Bath Road, are all friendly and get out of their way to help to make sure that your stay is smooth and extremely pleasant. Thank you very much.

Was next to the Holiday inn but had a totally different vibe ,one that i very much appreciated. The staff (Sam on front desk) were wonderfully helpful . The room went way beyond my expectations . Bed was wonderful and all of the hotel room doors were soft close so no loud crash bang at night. The room had a kitchen with everything you’d need if you were staying for a while. And finally a rather pleasant view from the 5th floor of the run way and also farm land which seemed quite odd but in a great way i even had a beautiful sun set .lol so I’ll be staying there again . Btw breakfast was very good. And the place was very clean in all areas.
