They are fabulous hosts, and iI am saddened a little more to leave every time. The house is a treasure trove of sights it is exquisite and exactly what is needed for a little but of a country escape near the city. I look forward to staying with them again as always.

Room was immaculately clean and very well presented. Bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all you had to do was ask. all very friendly and helpful

Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the rooms. Beautiful gardens, plenty of parking spaces. Ideal location. Only saw the host once when we checked in but he said if we needed anything just to knock at reception.

The location is very pretty, good views over the hills and if you go out of the chapel, down the road and turn left, you come to the Clara Vale nature reserve which you can walk around with a dog if it's on a lead. There are ponds, wild flowers etc. There are lots of good walks in the area.
