Always improving, and always the staff pleasant and helpful who have kept the standards of hospitality that the old owner established from the beginning. Congratulations to the current owner, who i believe is his son, and all the members of the staff who have carried on such a fine tradition.

    Location very close to everything in the old town at an affordable price and very quiet at night. Water in the fridge, great communication from owner, easy self check in. If you'd like to stay in the old town on a budget this is a good option.

    The apartment was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything one might need. The location is ideal. The internet is fast. The owner is very responsive and tries to accommodate her guests requests.

    Everything was amazing! The bed was so comfy, the staff were so friendly and helped take our bags up the steps. The shower felt so nice and the whole room was very clean.The hot water on the shower is a bit temperamental and can get too hot but once you figure it out, it's perfect. It's a great location and very affordable.

    Great location for the port/Ferry and the centre of Heraklio. very helpful staff, pleasant rooftop bar, and rooms are fine for a short stay. Nothing special but fantastic value for money and ideal for a short/cheap stay.

    Super smooth check-in, the young chap who dealt with us was very professional and gave us some great tips about walking around the city (where to go and what to see). He was also really helpful with our ferry tickets! The room we got had a nice view and was very clean and comfortable (nice big tv!). Although in the city, the room was very quiet at night. Location wise, this hotel is 12 min walk with cases to the ferry terminal so very handy for the 8am Speedjet to Santorini.
