The location of the accommodation was good with a nice view towards the city. The secured private parking was convenient. The host were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. On check out, they provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room was spacious and well equiped, including a nice terrace, and the price was affordable. Location surroundings are safe, and there are plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. The property was warm and cozy with the finest decoration. It made me feel like home. They also provide Netflix and cable TV (Nova). The Wi-Fi is fast and free. Also, it’s fully equipped like a regular apartment (extra bedsheets and duvets, a washing machine, kitchen with everything needed). I find it to be the best accommodation in ioannina because of its high quality and low budget.
