This is the best place we’ve stayed during our holiday, out of 4 different hotels/locations. The staff is very friendly! The room/flat was beautiful, well decorated, very comfortable. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Kitchen 10/10 bed 10/10 bathroom 10/10 terrasse 10/10. It’s worth noting that the accommodation building is not in the city center. It is walking distance so we found it perfect: you get a sense of the local life but also are walking distance to everything you need.

The apartment had everything we needed, very clean and central. We stayed for 6 nights and we had a mid stay clean and change of linen too! The host was very responsive and willing to help with anything. He helped us with a transfer and a car hire too. I think this apartment was a great value for money, comparing to a different place we stayed in Chania (still on Crete island).

This suite is one of the perfect and pleasant one in all my trips to Greece. The place was very thoughtfully decorated with elegant decor and lighting style. It really like home, even though for one day. We wanted to prolong our stay at Philikon, Rethymno, however it was a short trip this time. Luxembourg
This has been our 7th time in Crete but the first time in Rethymno and in this Hotel. Nautilux has been a really pleasant surprise: the team is always helpfull and nice, the sea is magic and the private beach really well manteined, the 2 pools are amazing and if you choose a room on the main floor you will have direct access to a private warm water minipool. The Spa and its hot pool is well managed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even at the end of the season. You can reach the nice Rethymno Ancien center walking 20 minutes on the "lungomare". We will come back. Thanks to the team for the nice stay .

Very good Wifi, I was able to work remote and have Teams calls with video with no problems. Our host was very nice, answered all our questions and was very helpful. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend this accommodation!

It was really quiet of an evening, even though our room was at street level. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds really comfy (probably the best we experienced in Crete). It was also possible to find free parking at the back of the fortress for the time of our stay - around 700m to walk in to the apartment.
