Felt as if walking into a boutique hotel, quiet background music playing, gorgeous furnishings a mixture of very modern & antique, so stylish whilst being comfortable. Staff all wonderful, 1st night there was a noise from the heating fan in my room, it was fixed within minutes of it being mentioned. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was still closed in April but it looked very inviting. Make sure to visit the ancient monastery of Sacre of Saint Michele if in the area, it’s worth the visit as is nearby Avigliana.

We slept in a room that looked more like a barn than a bedroom. We arrived with two small children who had to sleep in the big bed with us to get warm. In my opinion that room is not livable and having given 130 euros makes me even more angry because to go on vacation you make sacrifices and expect not to end up in a barn without heating. Of animals then we didn't see any, so the pictures on the website are misleading. I hope action will be taken. My children and I are sick at the moment due to the night we spent there. The only thing decent we paid apart was the dinner.
