Check in was easy. I liked that there was a lock box and the pictures to describe where to park and how to get in. Free parking was a bonus. Outstanding views, especially up on the second level. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a market so close. Very light and bright and clean. Much quieter side of the lake despite the road. Good walking paths in both directions.

Villa is very well maintained and equipment by the owner. Fully renovated beautiful bathrooms, charming bedrooms and beautiful terrace and the garden. We stayed there as 2 families and our kids absolutely loved playing in the garden. The town Griante is well connected to other towns of the Lake, there is ferry every 30 mins to Bellagio and then from there you can get to Varenna and Menaggio. Also you can catch the bus which takes you around along west side of the lake. All pre-arrival communication was exceptional, Simona supported us on all the queries we had and helped to organise the transfers and answered all the question. Owner Maria met us at the property when we arrived to give us keys and shared all the information about the area.

The apartment was with nice view to lake Como and beautiful sunrise. Large beds, huge rooms, baths and very good equipment kitchen. Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 5 people. But the best thing about the apartment was The Host. She was incredibly responsive and helped us with our difficulties that had nothing to do with renting the apartment. Made our experience so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

The apartment has everything including shower items, an ironing kit, etc. Very clean and spacious. Host communication is 10/10! They provide information regarding possible short term noise in shared area, gives great recommendations for restaurants, and places to see. We loved the location of the property although we found the Lake Como region a little tricky to get to without accessing private transfers. We stayed in January and were not aware that most of the restaurants would be closed. That being said we would definitely rebook in the warmer months and highly recommend this property to anyone travelling the this region. Breakfast was sufficient and staff at the breakfast was very friendly. Parking is free of charge. Bar terrace is spectacular.
