When we arrived it was pouring with rain and they helped us to organise taxis and umbrellas. We enjoyed the local wine, coffee, water etc. which were all complimentary.

We really had good time. The property is so new and clean. Staff have very good service with smile. He is so nice to let's us in before check in time for room which are ready. and helping us with luggage. Welcome drinks and sanck was great. we stay at Panorama room which is the biggest. You will love it. Big balcony with sofa and Jacuzzi. It is very good value for money. There is some few parking spots. Location of hotel can reach by car which is very few in Riomaggiore. Recommend you to use the luggage delivery service if you come by train. It's worth it. and he was so nice to offer us to go to hotel by car 1 person. Location for walk down hill to center is easy but not uphill. But we could use elevator which very convenience. Recommend to order their breakfast. Delicious and plenty.

Everything was great, Virginia was really responsive to my messages and replied very quickly. She gave us very detailed instructions on how to find the property too. She also gave us many recommendations of places to eat out in the village which were great. Very nice location on the main street of the village near the top of the hill. Apartment was super clean, had air conditioning and was very spacious, it was also very useful to have a washing line outside of the windows to hang up wet clothes.

Our stay was perfect! Stunning view and really comfortable room fully equipped for breakfast. It's located close to the train station which is good considering the city is a hill and we have to carry the luggage. Special thanks to Gabriella that was a splendid host, providing tips of local and traditional restaurants, telling us a little about the story of Riomaggiore and being really thoughtful on the meaning of the trip to us with amazing room preparation.

    The stay was fantastic! Very clear communication with someone greeting us at the station and taking us to the place. It was in a great location, easy to get to the station and to the viewpoints. The place itself was very clean with all the amenities you'd need so there wasn't anything you'd need to get/bring yourself. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom setup was great too. I can't think of anything I didn't like about this place, if I get to come back to Riomaggiore in the future I'd 100% stay here!

You get videos explaining how to get to the place, it is only a couple flights of stairs, and we two girls with really heavy suitcases managed very quickly both up and down. And to the station your luggage might arrive before you do as it is downhill and you don’u have to make any effort at all haha. Really enjoyed our stay!

    This property is amazing. One of the best small-type property we have stayed in, and we really do travel. The room is big and confy, the bathroom very well designed (practical, but also from the aesthetic point of view). Everything spotlessly clean. Welcome gift. The location is also ideal, literally a few steps away from the center/the station/the sea. The owners are really nice and ready to help you with everything. The quality/pride ratio excellent. Loved our little stay there. 100% recommend.

    I can hardly think of anything that was not ideal. The reception was extremely warm and caring. Erika, our host, thought about everything we could need and was always there to help. The room was very clean and charming. The terrace is a big plus. The location speaks for itself since it is in the heart of Cinque Terre. Highly recommended!

    The room was very clean, the location had good access to downtown Riomaggiore and the hike. The room had everything you need for a short stay, and all of the facilities were spotless. The best thing was Luciano, he welcomed us, introduced us to the place and was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

    The apartment was very clean and cool, which was a blessing after a long day hiking. And it was so close to all the restaurants, marina and station- ideal location. Stefano was the perfect host too, thank you!

    I highly recommend this place. The owner is very nice and gave us a warm welcome. The room was very clean, fully equipped, newly renovated. The location of the place is ideal, it's in the city centre and 5 minutes from the beach. On top of that, there is a rooftop terrace which is available for everyone and has a beatiful view of the sea and Riomaggiore.
