This was the first place I stayed in during my trip to Korea - and it exceeded all expectations. I arrived early, but the owner let me leave my luggage and lent me an umbrella. When I returned to check in, he gave me a (big) tasty cake as a welcome gift! The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The beds are on the hard side (normal for Korea), but comfortable. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE. A feast of delicious Korean dishes, which are freshly cooked and change each day. A quick and easy laundry service is available at a competitive price. The location in Yeonnam-dong is also perfect - it's a 10-minute walk to the metro and the busy part of Hongdae, but the neighbourhood surrounding the guesthouse is really chill and full of fantastic cafes and restaurants. This place is excellent value for Seoul - book it now!

During our stay at the Seoul apartments, we had a very positive experience. To our surprise, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category, which was a pleasant addition. Check-in was remarkably smooth due to the self-check-in system, making our arrival convenient and hassle-free. The apartments were immaculately clean and spacious. A notable feature was the excellent massage chair, which added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, our time in Seoul was made more enjoyable by these accommodations.

Comfy place with superb communal areas. It’s very close to a metro station that connects many lines (there’s even a lift at exit 4). The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue upon check-in, and the team immediately provided an alternative way better than I thought. Highly recommended!

We booked last minute and were a bit sceptical before we arrived. But during our 2 weeks stay in SK this was easily our BEST stay (and cheapest)!!! The place is sooo clean, feels fresh and smells nice. The beds are comfy, room and ac quiet even though you're in the middle of the city. You can tell that someone has really thought about all details when planning the room as it is very practical and we didn't need to ask for anything extra. Chargers, clothes hangers, towels, Netflix, cosy comfortable beds, etc. The hosts are informative, friendly and ready to help at anytime. We felt welcome, safe and very comfortable. And the best breakfast we had in SK as there was fresh fruits, good fresh coffee and eggs we could cook ourselves. That we could use the washing machine and dryer for free was a great bonus. And that they recycle. The whole stay was brilliant! If we ever go back to Seoul we will stay here the whole time. Thank you for having us, we loved our stay!

Lots of good restaurants and bars around to try - The kitchen and living room area was nice, and the free breakfast was great - The rooms were very clean, and the showers were perfect

Easy to hail taxi as the hotel is located on the main street. The hotel has in-house laundry & coin-operated laundry which is cheaper. Breakfast buffet is very cheap & options wise was great. We stayed in a suite & it was very clean and comfortable.

Airport bus stop also 10mins walk. Surrounded by Convenience stores and affordable restaurants. The room just nice for the affordable budget hotel. The bed was so comfortable and it’s warm during our stay ( winter in mid january ) Customer service pre-stay, during stay & after stay were exceptional. Thank you so much Lee & Jin for hosting us.

The room I had was on the Second floor, the whole place is very clean and quiet. The room was spacious, with a fridge, desk, chair, hairdrier. It had a private bathroom. The owner was very nice, he helped with my luggage and let me leave it on hold on my last day. The Best part is the price: this is a very budget friendly option for Seoul.
