Everything was perfect. The location was great- near the station, quiet and with a phenomenal view from the garden. We were made very welcome by our host who had provided some food items and did our washing. She was very friendly and helpful. Being able to relax in the lovely garden and pool was very special. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

My family and I stayed in both apartments. They were clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. It is located a fairly long walk up a hill from town and down a steep driveway once you enter the property. The hosts are very nice. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was ok. Parking was a huge bonus. Views from the house were wonderful. Its an easy walk to town for restaurants and boat trips. Bruno has a vinyard and makes delicious wines. Definitely worth trying while relaxing in the lounge. Highly recommend this guest house.

We felt more than welcome from the very moment we opened the door until the heartfelt goodbye. It is the perfect location to meet up with other travellers, the roofterrace and the breakfastroom are ideal spots for this purpose. We never in our whole lifes (which are pretty long, with lots of travelling) have never come across a place like this. Go there and see for yourselves!

The view from our 'terrace', the 'pool' and the breakfast room was beautiful - probably the nicest in all of Pinhao! The location is also ideal if you don't mind a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Pinhao - although I wouldn't recommend the route for young families as the start of the walk is along the roadside. A helpful tip if you stay in this property, is that the bed lifts up so you can store your luggage. Lovely to also have a terrace to enjoy, with a good view of the Douro and only a short walk to the river itself. Superb location and highly recommended Pinhao as a place to stop and enjoy the beautiful Douro region.

Our room was lovely with a large balcony with a great view, very clean. Good shower. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. They made recommendations for places to visit and arranged taxis for us. We enjoyed a welcome drink when we arrived. There was a good breakfast selection in a lovely room again with a great view. The pool was closed when we were there but looked lovely so would be great in the summer.
