We cannot describe in words how much we enjoyed our time at sunny villa. Our host Samir has been helpful from start to finish in every matter and made our time comfortable. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. We had a sad feeling to leave Sunny villa because it has been the best time ever. Haber Hotel is a fantastic place! Small family hotel located in Matemwe, it offers comfort and quiet atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. I would recommend it to all those who want to avoid the big crowded noisy touristic hotels on the coast but in the same time want to stay close to beautiful beaches (nearby you can find Muyuni beach and Matemwe beach). The owners, Kris and Kasha, are great and would do everything to make the stay of the guests unforgettable. The staff is very kind and the whole dynamic of this property is tailored to fit the needs and comfort of the guests. Breakfast is fabulous, served from 8am till noon, for those who like to sleep in late, and for lunch and dinner we could chose delicious options from a rich menu or even off menu. Pets are welcome (the hotel is actually named after Haber, the owners' cute Cocker Spaniel). At any time of our stay we felt welcome, safe, well taken care of and even spoiled.

We came to Zanzibar for our honeymoon and had a great time at the Emerald, it was beyond our expectations. The staff was really wonderful, friendly, and helpful. My partner was a bit unwell, so they instantly arranged for a doctor to come for a consultation. Dr. Mohammad was great, and reassuring, even sent us some medicine and followed up after, which really helped my partner recover fast and made our visit very relaxed. The place is beautiful! The beach stunning!! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. They are designed to provide privacy together with a direct view of the sea, with the beautiful sound of waves at night and early morning, which makes it very special. We loved the fact that all materials used and architectural designs of the hotel were all local. Would highly recommend.

this is a fantastically quiet and hidden place with three cascading pools and a private beach with a view on some picturesque rocks. we had a three years old with us and loved it here. the rooms are cleaned very day, at times even two times, and sprayed with mosquito spray. there is air condition and a system in place against electricity outages. one can walk on the beach by low waters endlessly and, equipped with water shoes, provided by the hotel, do some weave jumping. the restaurant was good, they left no wishes open, and the staff marvellous. we loved all of it so much so that we extended our stay by two more days. thanks sunshine bay. and we look forward to checking out the massages tomorrow!

She even allow me to use her phone to call the airline company and change a flight. The location is ideal, next to a very nice beach, diving centre and some bars and restaurants. The bungalow is big enough, very clean (it gets cleaned every day). The fans which help with the heat. Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, eggs, a small salad, and toasted bread.
