The apartment offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Place was not known by other guest houses. Number on the advert was not answered. No direction to the place. We looked for three hours. Eventually a good Samaritan helped us after struggling for another 1hrs to find the place. When arriving the place had no swiping facilities. We had to navigate our way out in the dark to go draw cash money this was not communicated. We travelling with 3 small children. My grandson was in the shower my husband came down the passage he had a fall the whole shower water ran into the passage. He had a nasty bruises lucky he never broke anything he was shocked he is in his mid 60s. We could not really enjoy the facilities due to our late check in and struggle too find the place. The place was neat, modern and staff very friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and well-stocked. A great deal considering my stay had a full kitchen and dining room! Location is nicely out of town a bit so it is quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

Great location along the main street: mall, atm, bus station, petrol station, pub with live music and some restaurants/bars all within walking distance (max 10 minutes for the bus station). The staff was friendly and helpful, the bedroom and bathroom clean. The hostel itself is very nice and surrounded by beautiful trees.

This hotel is located in Livingstone which is a small town near Victoria falls and offers few of the unique experiences like microlight flight over Victoria falls and national park, helicopter ride, peaceful sunset cruise in Zambezi River with live traditional music and opportunities to watch wild animals in their natural habitat, opportunities to interact with lions and cheetahs and adventure activities like bungee jumping and ziplining.

The service is outstanding and the care you receive is above and beyond for a 3 star hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are very well looked after. Caroline, Ken & Destiny are so lovely and kind, made us feel very much at home. The breakfast is cooked to your liking, we spent 8 nights here and enjoyed every day. The pool is kept clean everyday. Its lovely and quiet too. The only thing I would suggest is that they start providing lunch and dinner. We did order from Zest restaurant a few times but it arrived cold, but the brilliant hotel staff did warm it up for us. There is a supermarket 5 minute walk away called Choppies. Where the lodge is based there is no street lighting so not recommended to go out after dark.
