Was greeted by a very warm and helpful Receptionist the night I arrived with two preschoolers and 3 pieces of luggage. Didn't manage to get down name of receptionist. Very happy with size of apartment, clean. Good hot shower during winter season. Thoughtfully prepared 3 laundry pods for my stay. Has everything I needed in kitchen for meal preparation. 5mins walk to central station.

Location was great, room size was great indeed, staff was very friendly. Minibar contents were free and it was refilled daily, including beer. The hotel is kind of luxurious and you can see it also from the interior design which is from about 2005, so it's a bit dated. The room was very quiet. There was a fitted carpet in the room which I liked very much. The breakfast was very good and luxurious.

The sliding door between bedroom and living room is quite useful as we traveled with a toddler. The view to the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunrise or sunset. Very nice staff.

Visited during Oktoberfest. Would take less than 15 mins to reach the tents. I particularly liked the area where the hostel is- near workspaces and very industrial-chic. Great bar and decent breakfast spread. Also lots of good options for food and drinks nearby. Reception is always open and the staff is very helpful. Laundry and luggage storage services earn extra points. Will be back soon for the Christmas markets :)

Best thing about the tent is the vibe, hands down. The facilities are really bare necessities but the chill spaces, the hammocks and the fire are really why you stay.
