We arrived to freshly baked delicious lemon drizzle cake, which is such a thoughtful touch. The apartment is well stocked, and Demelza is situated in a beautifully quiet hamlet, with lovely views of the countryside, lots of birdsong to enjoy, and the most amazing sunsets. Feeding the chickens and ducks and collecting wggs were the highlights for the children! Thank you!

There’s a hammock in the woods which was wonderful to lay in - I actually fell asleep in there! Everything was clean, everything you needed was in there. If you did need something though, Abbie & Toby were always there. We struggled making a fire and Toby came down within minutes to help which was so appreciated!

It’s out of the main town so the only noise is the wildlife and the occasional piece of farm traffic, but very convenient for the A30 and A38 so making getting around and exploring the county a breeze.JoolsSolo traveller
