He met us at the property to check in a little after the agreed time, as our plane arrived late, but Ivan was very understanding. Property was as described, very clean, excellent facilities and in main town of Zadar. We really enjoyed our stay in Zadar and found it scenic and not too busy with people. Loved the sunset. Probably the most comfortable sofa ever, great to watch a movie with friends, as well as beautiful rooms and bathrooms. It's just a very short walk away from the famous Sea Organs - you will make it for the sunset easily :). Davor and his mom are amazing hosts. We were greeted with a special treat :). It is very spacious, with a great balcony and great sunsets. A big supermarket SPAR and main bus station are very close (a few minutes walk). I would definitely recommend it for families.
