Bed and fold out bed were comfortable. Hot but not a problem when you open the windows (no mosquito net). Nice kitchen that we didn’t use. Great shower with toiletries

Stuff - Stuff are so friendly, cordial and humble. They are always ready to help you either by giving information or with services. Food - If you would like to enjoy your snacks while sunsetting with their wonderful cappuccino....you will never forget that moment. Even though around 21:00 they did not said "we are close" (Just one min away there has one nice waterfall, at night its sound gives you extra peace)

The best thing about this hotel is that it is on the ground level, so no walking up the cobblestone Bellagio steps with bags! Great restaurant for sunset drinks, too. There is a rooftop deck, perfect for watching the sunset and drying the washing. The view was great, towards the Alps and partial view of the lake. Driving in was interesting along a shared road filled with pedestrians. You can park int he courtyard to unload but then had to find parking, which we were luck enough to do. The host was informative in this regard.

The staff were all super friendly & helpful. Make sure to reserve a spot at the Hotel Du Lac roof terrace to watch the sunset. Stunning. The owners & staff are lovely hosts! A tip for anyone arriving from or leaving to Milan is to catch the train to / from Varenna, & then a short ferry to Bellagio! The bus from Como was so busy I would not recommend it!

The kitchen had all appliances needed to cook and enjoy coffees. There is enough space for 4 adults downstairs to sit on couches and at dining table as well as enough lounge chairs outdoors to soak up the sun. It’s close walking distance to the Main Street. The lake just down the street is right there and beautiful to visit / swim.

All staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The recommended aperitifs on the Hotel Du Lac rooftop at sunset were lovely. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room and adjoining vine covered veranda a very pleasant way to start our day.
