The service is 5 star right down to the blankets & water bottles provided on the chilly morning & evening game drives. The food is incredible. Everything is so seamlessly organised. We felt our safari drivers/guide Mary and Michael went above and beyond - they were both incredible at spotting animals and extremely knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to spot the big 5 in just two game drives and witnessed a lion hunt. The open safari experience was exhilarating in comparison to other 5 star lodges visited previously. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The luxury tent was superb in every aspect, exactly as advertised. Food was delicious and my husband is vegetarian so his meals were also well catered for and divine.
