The number of lemon trees is impressive, the animals there are friendly and you can be in the surroundings because there are 12 hectares to discover and walk. They are people who believe in a simple life, live with nature, not "on", not "in". The staff are friends, they are also travelers of mental and human development. Interested in listening to you and sharing and that you live a good time. You can cook and work there. Delicious food and really good dinner menus. The beers in company were good times. I recommend staying 5 nights less and walking the area. You feel welcomed by the sounds and the scenery. Getting to the mountains far from the city requires a bit of a journey but I appreciate it that way. It is always respected that there is not much light pollution and too much perfect asphalt. Don't forget to watch the stars and the sunsets. The tree there, the ficus is magical. I hope it preserves its nature. Definitely a place for travelers, one of those that we appreciate for nature and true rural tourism. There are so many corners of nature that you can find if you like to explore, you can go out and come back but I recommend going in there and wandering around. There is a quite magical meditation cave and dancing outside the tent in the rain was really special. Thanks for the stay.

The nearest airport is Tenerife North–Ciudad de La Laguna Airport, 34 km from the luxury tent. Great host, got all I needed and more. I was going for a hike holiday and wanted to go basic. Yes it was a tent but it had a better bed than I have at home. Expect dogs barking sometimes and cocks, and maybe cats making noise, you see those also in town or on the roads just walking lose. Great base to use for sure.

A must see if you can appreciate nature and all of its aspects. I am a resident at Tenerife and will come back with friends to show them what a spectacular place this is. This place needs to be shared in great company. Alone I liked it as well. A lot of hard work has been put in building this beautiful location. Don't hesitate. Just book and enjoy the stars without any pollution of lights in the vast area of Arico Viejo. I would certainly recommend renting a car to appreciate every village and combine your trip with the south coast of Tenerife. Also I recommend arriving by sunset. The drive up to this accommodation is spectacular due to its wild scenery of the volcanic structures, this island was made of. Book, enjoy like I did and step into the world of a Yurt. Bad reviews on Booking from before 2022 I would definitely ignore. On the Canary Islands tourism has been hit quite brutally, during pandamic years and post pandamic times. Worse than in many other places in Spain. Just book and check for yourself. This place feels like glamping! Shower, toilet, kitchen facilities, bedroom and the diverse outdoors terraces are easy to enjoy.
