Great showers, super comfortable bed and the views to die for. Nurlan and Eliza were always cheerful and helpful as was the owner Dima and his lovely sons. This was an unforgettable experience. I am glad I got to stay two nights, although could have easily stayed longer. P.S. Google maps did not find the route, but 2GIS navigation app does. From Ak Say village follow the signs to the neighbouring Feel Nomad yurt camp for 13 km. At the end you will also see a Remote sign. Phone reception cuts off when driving through the canyon but once you arrive there will be wifi.

The location is really nice. The outside area is big and calm, and its perfect to swim in Issyk Kul! Beautiful sunsets from the beach. You can do some beautiful walks from there as well. We could borrow their kitchen. There is a eating room where it is nice to take a play of chess when its raining out side.

Hostess was very helpful and friendly. Food was very tasty. Location is super - just 15mins walk from a huge sandy beach (and 5mins from another beach). Great lake and mountain views from the veranda. We stayed in a Yurt, which was a great experience - but there are also lots of modern comfortable rooms as an alternative. A GREAT place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The yurts are very cute and clean, the location perfect, with a gorgeous chillout area with chairs and bean bags just in front of a private beach. In the evening there is a small bar there. The beach had the most amazing views of the sunset on one side, and the mountains on the other. Our highlight was the staff however, they were all absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were huge and delicious. We didn't want to leave!

The hotel is located between Raduga and Karven with ample parking, a private beach, swimming pool and other sports/spa facilities among a variety of other options. I booked for 1-week off-season (Jan-Feb 2022) when Chong-Sary-Oy was completely deserted. A good off-season option for some peace and/or fitness (empty beaches make for a great running experience). The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable (TV, large fridge and underfloor heating) and the overall vibe for the price-paid was good. Can recommend.
