Accommodations were excellent in a renovated centuries-old farm house. There was a nice pastoral view, an immense variety of birds singing and creek running by the house. Sunrise and sunset were opportunities for quiet reflection with cooking and wine.

The hotel is unique, it has an elevated position, fabulous views across to Spain, and wonderful sunsets. Great attention to detail, everything in our room was clean and fresh.

Long time we were trying to book and it was a amazing experience. The place was beautiful and infinity pool was a relaxing place to spend the time. The room was nice and clean and the view through Serra da Gardunha was amazing especially at the sunset time. The staff were very friendly and available all the time. Bruno explained everything about the property and made some suggestions about what to do / restaurants. Looking forward to come back again 😉

We loved the peace & quiet of the area. Wildlife on the doorstep & lovely walks nearby. And Figo the cat, who will happily guide you to the river. A variety of breakfasts was brought to us in a basket each day. Little kitchen was handy for evening meals else it's a short drive to restaurants.

The location was great. Close to the N2 (road) so it was easy to visit many different villages and river beaches. Stunning countryside. Our accommodation was well equipped, a really cute little house overlooking beautiful gardens and fruit trees. Outside we enjoyed sitting in our cosy outdoor lounge, bedecked with fairy lights, watching the sunset with a glass or two. Our hosts, Cece and Mark were warm and welcoming, but never intrusive. The best welcome was from lovely Coco !

Its an amazing place to go in Spring or Summer. Staff were amazing but facilities were closed at this time of the year. Paula the manager was amaizing giving us a tour of the overall facilities, as the pools, hot tub, restaurant, etc. even being close they must be an amazing glamping experience for when they will be open. The tents are amazing, even being winter we felt completely confortable, and the views are so relaxing, just wished i could haved used the hot tub if it wouldn't have been so cold to go all the way to the top.

View and peacefulness of the place is outstanding. Cozy open space living room+kitchen with wood stove. Amazing sunsets.

The house is great with all comfort you wish for: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, flatscreen TV with DVD collection, wifi, comfy beds and hot shower. The surroundings are beautiful for a walk or drive to cities or beaches. The hosts, Annie and Donal are very hospitable and kind. I had a great stay!

Very clean, new, fantastic little swimming pool for sunsets! Little private deck for outdoor meals! Good location for wonderful nature trekking in aldeias de Xisto trails. Wonderful staff. Electric charge nearby and supermarket walking distance 5 min.
