We had a great time at the Safari Lodge. Food was great, staff was super friendly and always helpful, wonderful reserve and awesome ranger. Highly recommend it!

Activities at Woodbury Tented Camp include game and bird viewing in the Amakhala Game Reserve. 2 game drives per night are also included within the rates. Gorgeous tented camp set in a lush area, lovely main building with excellent meals served by friendly, attentive staff, tents set off individually for privacy, each with a sweeping view of the preserve. Our guide, Lenny, was very experienced and we learned much about the many animals we saw - lion, cheetah, elephant, rhino, giraffe, many kinds of antelope, warthog, more! We did 6 3 -hour drives; suggest booking enough time to do at least 4-6.

The luxury tents have a deck with private plunge pool and views of the surrounding bush. They come with thatched roofs and wooden floors, as well as a fireplace and minibar. What a perfect end to our holiday. The staff are incredible, the rangers have such a vast knowledge and manage to find everything you could want. The care from the staff is top notch, from running you a bath when you get back from the evening drives to keeping you topped up! The rooms are lovely, each very private with their own deck and outdoor shower that isn't overlooked! The beds are very comfy. The reserve itself is the perfect size with options to branch into other areas if you need to, but without spending hours driving there. We will definitely be sending friends and family here, worth every penny.

Offering an intimate Big 5 safari experience, Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp features a boma bonfire and BBQ facilities. It is located in the Amakhala Game Reserve.

All meals and beverages are provided by Quatermain's Safari Camp in the communal boma bonfire area. Also available are Big 5 safaris, guided bush walks and bird watching. fantastic game drives, and an even more wonderful and knowledgeable staff!

Gorah Elephant Camp is situated in the malaria-free Addo Elephant National Park. It features a spacious swimming pool and an open patio offering views of the water hole. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Each tented luxury suite has a private deck with panoramic views and plush interiors. It comes equipped with tea-and-coffee-making facilities and the en suite bathroom has a shower with free toiletries. Everything was done superbly well. From the service, to the food, to the decor and creature comforts. Wildlife at the watering hole behind the main house is plentiful - we even saw elephants and rhinos there. The safari tent style rooms are well spaced, oversized and well appointed. Special shout out to the guides that took us out 7-9hrs a day on drives and bush walks. Incredible experience overall.

Watching the stars as we lay in bed was beyond amazing! The staff are incredible and the food is delicious! We were made to feel extra special from the moment we arrived. It is pricey but worth every penny! We felt like royalty! Thank you!

The mountain views are a highlight at the luxury tent's pool. Beautiful spot and comfortable sleep. Well equipped kitchen and all amenities for a good braai. Loved the place. Very nice people to help out.

The property is allergy-free and is set 41 km from Fynbos Golf and Country Estate. The uniqueness of the pyramid, the staff were incredibly helpful and it was fun to drive your own golf cart to drive around!
