Super comfy bed. Hot showers!!

It is wonderful to sit on the veranda with a sundowner looking out over the Karoo landscape. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

This hidden gem is the ideal location for a good night's rest - situated just off the main N2 between Johannesburg and Cape Town. Large bedroom and bathroom. Grateful for the extra blanket provided, and very hot shower. Loved their convenient restaurant right next door - delicious large pizza was awesome! Added bonus, a solid night's sleep without big trucks rattling past.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Working farm but not noisy at all. Good breakfast. Star gazing exceptional! Best sunsets in the world!

Everything you need for a overnight stop. Large comfy bed, hot shower, cute little pub and an excellent meal. Hosts were very welcoming. Secure off street parking.

We simply loved the tranquility of Sutherland, the location of the guesthouse, the spacious rooms and the lovely veranda the Stellar Dust Guesthouse provided!

That it was in a place that is sort of in the wilderness

The team at Agama Tented Camp were determined to make our stay enjoyable. As roads has been damaged by rain before arrival, we were escorted us up the 11 km of track to reach the venue. As wildlife biologists, we've camped with only a bucket, so imagine the joy of hot water from a trouble-free gas geyser. Good birding round about and the delight of flowers coming into bloom after the rain, plus excellent food and inexpensive drinks from attentive hosts. What more could one want?

The location next to the river was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good check-in and good restaurant at reasonable prices. The tents were comfortable, clean and included towels. The ablution blocks were in good condition with lovely hot showers.
