Eggs and Milk in the fridge when we checked in on day 1 was very good. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the stay and beach. Property had everything we needed and very clean. Wifi internet was excellent and TV with freeview was good we watched few movies at night. Glad I found this hidden gem. Will definitely book again.

The location of the property was also great, being practically on the beach. It also had a lovely garden. Dan was a great host and made us feel very welcome - he was good company but didn’t intrude at all. Overall, a great stay and we will certainly stay again if we visit the Isle of Wight again.

Very clean with all facilities for cooking a family meal. Great sun trap of a garden . Cowes is about 20 minutes walk along the Solent watching the cruise ships go by. Parking is private and not on road, wi Fi was good ( have a teenager so was important!) The Isle of Wight is totally worth the ferry trip over, so much to do over a week!
