The rooms were very clean, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools. I will definitely recommend this location for any kind of vacation. It is also very close to the sea, just a few km. The little appartment is super clean and has every little thing you can think of that you might need. The little garden is quiet with a nice view of the old tower of Capalbio. The breakfast offers delicious homemade pastries and marmalades, inlc. vegan choices. We also had one day dinner at the B&B and it was everything amazingly tasty. Finally, the host's hospitality made us feel very comfortable.
