Also, my check-in was early in the morning, but she was flexible enough to accommodate it. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Also, the girls were kind and helpful. We arrived late and the receptionist Jim, kindly upgraded us - we found ourselves on 13th floor with the most incredible views over Nairobi - a lovely start to our holiday! The rooftop infinity pool was fab, even swimming under a grey, cloudy sky. Worth noting, that there is a coffee shop, convenience store and cocktail bar/restaurant, all off the main entrance lobby which was really handy.
