This place was truly the best experience I lived in my 4 months in Sri Lanka. Haputale is incredible and the camping site is placed in a strategic point which has an incredible view over the hill country. To reach it you have to walk for 15 minutes in a gorgeous tea plantation. And the food… super delicious. Most importantly, the guys managing it are very friendly and were so nice to us. Thank you Viraj, Thila and Hishan, we truly loved your camp! We’ll definitely come back :)

Owner has sweet kids and a very friendly wife. I could wash my clothes there for a small fee. Perfectly located on a quiet side street next to an old church. Wonderful charming colonial building, 150 years old (guest house) Walking distance to the centre of town. Nice restaurants and a Buddhist temple nearby. I liked my spacious bathroom a lot. It was very clean. WiFi was also good. I felt very comfortable at this place and could relax very much.
