The location may be a little away from Central, but you do get a direct tram to Central, so thats solves that. The staff is super nice and overall the facilities available are super clean and good. Even though there are a lot of people but the washrooms are managed clean with this much of people around.

The Ladies at the reception were very friendly and ready to assist in any situation. The hotel is not in the center but in a very quiet location (That is what we needed. ) and close to the museum district. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The shower and toilet are very clean. Also, there were comfortable bathrobes and slippers.
