He ensured we had everything we needed, had a little book to show where all the shops were. He helped us order food to the accodation when we were too tiered to venture out. The apartments are very clean and comfortable, there is air conditioning in all rooms, and the hotel owners are wonderful people and very hospitable. The room was very clean and well presented. The air con was a very welcome addition. The bed was comfy with crisp sheets. The tv had shows in English. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean and tidy. I was looking for a quiet hotel to give myself some much-needed rest before traveling into the rainforest. This was exactly what I experienced at Fitzcarrald Hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Iquitos with easy access to all the city offers. Muchos gracias, amor y luz.
